We’re helping you achieve your health and wellness goals in 2012. At the Y of Central Florida, we are committed to improving the health and well-being of our residents. This commitment goes beyond asking you to simply join a fitness facility to exercise. Rather, it connects you to a health movement that looks to create a profound impact on disease prevention and adherence to a healthy lifestyle, all to better the overall health and well-being of Americans. To show that we understand the barriers to practicing healthy habits – we’ve begun a major redesign of our wellness floors and fitness offerings to help you stick to a regular exercise program that not only fits your lifestyle, but will also get you healthier.
Camp. We’ve got a camp for whatever your kids are into. At the Y of Central Florida, summer camp means a lot of fun, a little bit of learning, and great supervision. We have Day Camps, as well as our Resident Camp at Camp Wewa. Check out our camp options and let the summer fun begin!
Aquatic Programs. When it comes to water workouts, the Y is the place to be. After all, we have more pools in Central Florida than any other organization. We invest so much in our pools because everyone should know how to swim or be water safe. Head to your neighborhood Y to dive in and start using water to get in shape and stay healthy.
